This means we control exactly how much pressure reaches your roof surface, enough to remove moss, algae, and black lichen effectively, never so much that it risks tile damage. For older slate roofs and clay tiles, we use a low-pressure soft wash approach. For modern concrete tiles, we can apply slightly more pressure where needed.
